Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in synchronizing supply and demand planning to facilitate smart decision-making within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory management, product availability, and demand forecasting accuracy. Your analytical skills, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively with various departments, will be crucial in supporting the continuous improvement of our S&OP processes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective S&OP strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze demand forecast data accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with logistics to optimize stock availability.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to align production schedules.
  • Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings to review forecasts, inventory, and capacity plans.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to adjust planning strategies accordingly.
  • Implement best practices in demand planning and inventory management processes.
  • Provide actionable insights through comprehensive analysis of S&OP-related metrics.
  • Ensure timely communication of supply and demand plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor S&OP performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the overall S&OP process.
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and facilitate resolution effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in S&OP or similar functions in a corporate setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with planning tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred and advantageous.
