Job Description

We are seeking a Search Marketing & Paid Strategy Specialist to develop and execute strategic search marketing initiatives that combine paid search campaigns with organic SEO efforts. This role focuses on high-level planning and performance optimization to drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and experienced in creating and managing integrated search marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement search marketing strategies that integrate both SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee paid search campaign planning, budgeting, and execution across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI and conversions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–6 years of experience in SEO, PPC, or digital marketing strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO/PPC tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid social.
  • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS.
