Job Description

As a Schedules Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining optimal schedules for various projects and programs within the organization. Your main duties will include analyzing project requirements, resource availability, and constraints to create detailed schedules that meet project deadlines and goals. You will work closely with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure all scheduling needs are met. Additionally, you will monitor and track project progress, identify potential scheduling issues or conflicts, and recommend adjustments as needed to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in project management or scheduling software is preferred for this role.


  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in accordance with project requirements.
  • Analyze project scope, timelines, and resource availability to identify dependencies and potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of schedules and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress against established schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for schedule optimization and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct schedule impact assessments for proposed changes and make recommendations for approval.
  • Prepare schedule performance reports and presentations for project reviews and management meetings.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage schedules efficiently.
  • Support project managers in developing and implementing strategies to improve schedule adherence and project delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and planning software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
