Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Specialist with proficiency in Arabic to join our growing team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our company's success by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to improve their business processes and outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the assigned region.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build strong client relationships in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients in Arabic.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive support and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in CRM systems.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote company products.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the Arabic-speaking market, is required.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, including excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions.
