URGENT HIRING: Sales Executive – Construction Materials | Sharjah, UAE

Role Summary:  

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive to handle B2B sales  across the UAE. The role is 100% field-based with client visits, site meetings, tender follow-ups, and new account acquisition.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:  

1. Valid UAE Driving License + Own Car – This is mandatory. Candidates without a license and car will not be considered.  

2. Construction Sales Experience – Minimum 2+ years 

Key Requirements:  

3. Arabic + English Fluency – Must confidently handle client calls and site visits in both languages.  

4. Punctual, sharp-minded, and target-oriented.  

5. Strong client handling, relationship building, and negotiation skills.  

6. Ready for daily field work, site visits, and meetings across all Emirates.

Responsibilities:  

- B2B sales of construction materials and building supplies  

- New client acquisition and account management  

- Follow-up on quotations, tenders, POs, and invoices  

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
