Sales & Marketing Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to promote our products and services, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Promote the company's products and services through online and offline marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development when required.
