Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the Building Materials industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market share for our products. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies to attract new clients, building strong relationships with existing customers, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your natural ability to communicate effectively, combined with your extensive knowledge of building materials, will enable you to understand and respond to client needs promptly. You should also have a keen eye for market trends and possess the capability to adapt quickly to changes in the industry. As a key player in our sales team, you will be expected to uphold the company's reputation by providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets consistently.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to educate clients about our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Analyze industry market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to present to company management regularly.
  • Participate in industry conventions, seminars, and conferences to promote the brand.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and follow-up services.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques to enhance overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
