Job Description

A dynamic and results-driven professional is sought for the role of Sales Executive in Advertising & Branding. This position is pivotal for generating new business as well as maintaining existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of advertising and branding strategies, along with a proven track record of sales success. This role demands an individual who is proactive, persuasive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You will be expected to understand client needs and tailor advertising solutions that drive brand awareness and engagement. A strong network within the advertising industry and excellent negotiation skills will be an asset.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Create and present compelling advertising solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Work closely with the creative team to deliver client expectations perfectly.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs and goals.
  • Follow up on leads and sales inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to network and generate leads.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on performance.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within the advertising, media, or branding industries.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising and branding principles and practices.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver innovative advertising solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets consistently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for reporting purposes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events.
