Job Description

As an ambitious Sales Executive, your primary role is to drive company growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how our products and services can meet those needs. With keen insight into market trends and consumer demands, you're responsible for creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. Excellent negotiation skills and a focus on customer satisfaction are essential to close sales and achieve targets. Your performance directly impacts company revenue and success, making you a pivotal member of the team.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and tailor sales presentations and pitches accordingly.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and opportunities for new markets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Deliver sales presentations, and demonstrations, highlighting the value propositions of our products.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, detailing progress against goals and targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build professional networks and stay informed.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in similar roles.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and adapt sales strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for reporting and data management.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
