Job Description

The Sales Executive position is a dynamic and challenging role designed for an energetic and motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing ones. With a focus on both short-term sales activity within an account as well as developing and maintaining long-term strategic customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in diverse industries.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contract terms with an objective to maximize profit margins.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to monitor achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets and expand market presence.
  • Provide customers with support and solutions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction is maintained.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows to build business relationships.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management review and planning.
  • Continuously update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and lead generation methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing time.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and work collaboratively with team members.
