Sales Engineer - Spare Parts

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pump Spare Parts Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling pump spare parts and related mechanical products while maintaining strong relationships with MEP contractors, electromechanical contractors, consultants, facility management companies, and project customers across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pump spare parts, accessories, and related mechanical products.
• Develop business opportunities with MEP contractors, HVAC contractors, developers, consultants, and building services companies.
• Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure orders.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify upcoming projects and generate sales through contractor and consultant networks.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-8 years of UAE experience in pump spare parts sales, pump trading, HVAC, MEP, or mechanical equipment sales.
• Strong network with MEP contractors, electromechanical contractors, facility management companies, and building industry stakeholders.
• Good understanding of pumps, pump spare parts, chilled water systems, pressure boosting systems, and related mechanical products.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Background Candidates currently working with pump trading companies, MEP suppliers, HVAC distributors, building services companies, or mechanical equipment trading organizations will be highly preferred.
