Mandatory Requirements

Engineering Degree/Diploma (Mechanical preferred)

Currently based in the UAE

Valid UAE Driving License

UAE Residence/Employment Visa

Minimum 2-3 Years Of UAE Sales Experience

Experience working in a fabrication unit focused on heavy equipment fabrication

Strong knowledge of fabricated steel structures, skids, platforms, piping, pressure vessels, and structural works

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with experience in the Oil & Gas fabrication sector to drive business growth and expand market share for fabricated steel structures and heavy equipment fabrication solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical sales expertise, excellent client relationship management skills, and proven experience working within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for fabricated steel structures, including:
• ETP/STP Systems
• RO Skids
• Platforms & Structural Steel Works
• Process Piping
• Pressure Vessels
• Custom Fabrication Projects
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across Operators, EPCs, and Contractors within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements, interpret technical drawings/specifications, and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and bids in coordination with the Estimation Team.
• Lead contract negotiations and close business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  

• Oil & Gas industry experience
• Mechanical Engineering background
• Knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or additional languages
• Experience working with EPC contractors and industrial clients
