Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing schedules, processing orders, and ensuring that the sales team's operations run smoothly. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the point of reference for colleagues and customers, by keeping schedules, documentation, and information up to date. You will also foster strong relationships with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our service. This role demands excellent communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, and a knack for problem-solving, ensuring the sales team is well-prepared to meet and exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material is maintained and optimized.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness to meet client expectations.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems related to their orders.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Facilitate communication within the sales team and with external clients.
  • Maintain inventory of sales materials, ensuring all necessary tools are available to the team.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales coordination or relevant administrative position.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach to handle diverse issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
