Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing schedules, coordinating communication between the sales team and clients, and helping to achieve the overall sales goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As a Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with sales representatives and other departments to ensure that our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role demands a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to promote the achievement of sales goals.
  • Prepare and organize sales reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Maintain customer accounts by processing changes, updating records, and managing databases.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing information and resolving issues.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings, conferences, and sales appointments for team members.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing sales documents and marketing materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to arrange product shipments.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and client follow-up activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information relating to sales and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software is an advantage.
