Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department in maximizing performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be competent in advancing the administrative and operational elements of the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between various departments. Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in processing orders and managing client accounts efficiently.
  • Coordinate sales team schedules to streamline communication and optimize productivity.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate sales records consistently.
  • Facilitate communication between sales representatives and internal departments effectively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to clients by coordinating with logistics.
  • Organize and maintain efficient sales documentation and client information databases.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed information and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report any discrepancies to sales managers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience significantly.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales staff members effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for client interactions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly desirable.
