Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is an essential role within our sales team, providing critical support in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of sales activities. As a key link between sales representatives, customers, and other departments, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to achieving sales objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily sales activities to support the sales team.
  • Act as a liaison between sales representatives and other internal departments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations for sales pitches.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and conferences.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support inventory management and ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget variance reports.
  • Assist in training new sales staff and onboarding new clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales coordination role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
