Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels and techniques.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product range to educate potential clients.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.
  • Analyse market trends and gather in-depth customer feedback and insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Provide clients with updates on new product launches and company developments.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to promote our brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential clients.
