In This Role You Will Be
Drive sales performance across Retail Products, ensuring achievement and delivery of PE on NTB, Revolving & Borrowing
Support branch manager in planning, executing and tracking sales strategies to deliver the branch’s plan
Lead and coach the team on pipeline management, activity planning & conversion
Actively monitor sales productivity, taking timely actions to enhance performance, where needed
Support delivery of customer centric sales while balancing revenue growth, operational efficiency & cost control
To assist the Branch Manager to plan, direct, control sales & services, specifically, to lead RBWM teams and exceed targets set for the segments
To ensure excellent quality service is provided and cross sell opportunities are maximized while maintaining the required controls
To support the Branch Manager in the delivery of customer driven service & sales, efficiency of service capability, operational quality and control of costs to meet the branch plan
To deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
Experience & Qualifications
Graduation degree is REQUIRED – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
Previous experience in a significant operations/retail banking role
Time management and the ability to meet deadlines are valued attributes
Effective people management and interpersonal skills are essential
