Job Description

The Sales Administrator is a crucial role within our sales team, responsible for ensuring efficient and effective support for the sales department. This position is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operations of all sales-related activities, from managing customer accounts to coordinating sales logistics. The individual will work closely with sales representatives, managers, and clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software applications.
