Job Description

As a Retail Banking Executive specializing in Auto Loans, you will be at the forefront of our bank's efforts to provide exceptional financing solutions tailored to the diverse needs of our clients. Your central role will involve fostering relationships with both new and existing customers to guide them through the auto loan process, ensuring an outstanding experience from application to approval. Leveraging your expertise in retail banking and auto finance, you will analyze client needs, recommend suitable loan products, and strive to meet sales objectives while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards and risk policies. Your strategic communication skills and customer-centric approach will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and achieving competitive advantage within the market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing auto loan clients.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on auto loan products and services.
  • Analyze client financial information to recommend suitable loan product offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to expedite loan processing and approval.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling other banking products and services.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives for auto loan products.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Track industry trends to recommend product improvements or adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Develop strategies to improve market share and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years experience in retail banking or auto finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of auto loan products, services, and applicable regulations.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, both in-person and virtual.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and financial information.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and achieve sales metrics.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other banking tools.
