Job Description

A Retail Banking Executive specializing in Auto Loans plays a crucial role in the banking sector by developing, implementing, and managing strategies that aim to boost auto loan sales and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and all loan policies consistently.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of loan applications for approval.
  • Analyze market trends to identify and act on new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design outreach campaigns for prospects.
  • Provide training to staff to enhance their understanding of auto loan products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in retail banking or financial sales.
  • Strong knowledge of auto loan products and related regulations needed.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
  • Proven track record of developing and achieving sales targets efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends accurately and quickly.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
