Job Description

The Food and Beverage Executive is a key role within hospitality operations, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and profitability. The role involves the coordination of kitchen, dining, and bar functions to deliver a seamless customer experience. This professional will be accountable for improving service speed and quality, managing budgets, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance quality customer service.
  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the food and beverage department.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Optimize efficiency of service delivery to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and standards.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate food and beverage staff for optimal performance.
  • Plan and execute promotional events to attract and retain customers.
  • Develop and manage the food and beverage budget for profitability.
  • Establish partnerships with local suppliers for quality ingredients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Innovate menu offerings based on current culinary trends and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management roles.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and customer service.
  • Certifications in food safety and sanitation practices are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
