Job Description

As a Renovation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating renovation projects from start to finish. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that all renovation activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will guide teams in executing projects that enhance the functionality, appearance, and value of properties. This role demands strong organizational capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving to address any issues that may arise during renovation projects.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of renovation projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors, and other project participants.
  • Monitor the project timeline and budget, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Inspect work to maintain high standards for quality and detail-oriented results.
  • Identify and address any issues or problems that may arise during projects.
  • Source and procure necessary materials and equipment for project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and deliverables.
  • Recruit, train, and manage renovation staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers on project specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or renovation supervision.
  • Proven track record in managing successful renovation projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry practices.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
