Managing tenant contract renewals.

Ensuring timely renewals and maximizing the retention.

Negotiation & Data tracking.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Renewal & Tenant Relations Executive include, but are not limited to:

Contract Renewals

• Send renewal notices to tenants
• Follow up on renewals via phone, WhatsApp, and formal letters
• Handle renewal negotiations
• Prepare and print contracts (via Yardi and offline)
  
  

• Conduct termination negotiations
• Process contract terminations
• Manage NOCs and coordinate move-out procedures
  
  

• Address tenant concerns and resolve issues
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and ensure timely follow-ups
  
  

• Renewals
• Terminations
• RentCafe updates
  
  

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and property management software (Yardi)
• Fluent in English
• Native Arabic speaker
