The role is responsible for supporting daily Outpatient Clinics operations by ensuring efficient patient flow, safe clinical practices, and high-quality patient care. The Registered Nurse will assist in clinical procedures, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to hospital policies and standards. The position plays a key role in enhancing patient experience, ensuring safety, and supporting service continuity within the Outpatient Clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate efficient patient flow to ensure a seamless outpatient experience and effective clinic operations.
  • Perform nursing assessments and clinical procedures within scope of practice, including vital signs monitoring, venipuncture, specimen collection, and medication administration.
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (Cerner) in a timely manner.
  • Support physicians and allied health professionals during consultations, examinations, and outpatient procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with M42 policies, infection prevention and control standards, patient safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow-up care instructions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), to support coordinated patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, incident reporting, and the effective management of clinical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Valid medical license or eligibility from Department of Health (DOH) as Registered Nurse.
  • 3-5 years experience in an Outpatient Setting.
  • Proven leadership and team lead experience.
  • Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills under pressure.
