Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and execute a treatment plan accordingly.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, while updating medical histories.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Provide counselling and health education to patients and their families.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient health information.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment in line with health regulations.
• Prepare patients for surgical and diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Assist physicians during medical examinations and procedures, ensuring efficiency.
• React promptly and effectively in emergency situations to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of nursing assessments and care plans.
• Stay current with developments in nursing practice through continuing education.

Requirements

• Hold a valid DHA license to practice as a Registered Nurse in UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a healthcare team environment.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills in patient care.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
