Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exemplary patient care while working collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure high standards of nursing care and safety are maintained. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in managing direct patient care, ensuring patients' healthcare needs are met and exceeded, both in acute and outpatient settings. Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities, excellent bedside manner, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients. Your expertise and compassion will play a key part in improving and maintaining the overall quality of care, while adhering to clinical guidelines and standards of practice.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a variety of settings.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Coordinate patient care plans with healthcare team members effectively.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions and follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations standards.
  • Assist with examinations, procedures, and diagnostic tests when needed.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care quality and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the respective state of employment.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature for patient-centered care.
  • Clinical expertise in specialized areas such as ICU, ER, or surgical care is advantageous.
