We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized patient care plans for each patient.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following clinical guidelines.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care processes.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning and optimization.
• Ensure infection control protocols and participate in the control of infectious outbreaks.
• Supervise and delegate duties to licensed practical nurses and nursing aides as needed.
• Participate in continuous professional development and mandatory training sessions.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their loved ones.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license .
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an Associate’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and nursing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations while maintaining composure.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire.
