Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager – Recruitment

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent across all departments.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and recruitment policies.
Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely hiring.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve talent acquisition performance.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
7–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience in high-volume hiring and working in sectors like contracting, telecom, or similar industries is an advantage.
