  • Develop marketing strategies and property listings to attract prospective buyers.
  • Host open houses and property tours to showcase properties to potential clients.
  • Maintain an organized system for client records, communications, and transactions.
  • Offer expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and financing options to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through outstanding service and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license in good standing with applicable regulatory bodies.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and community amenities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clientele and peers.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical real estate practices.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with real estate software and CRM platforms for managing leads.
  • Flexibility to accommodate clients' schedules for property showings and meetings.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous.
