Job Description

As a Real Estate Broker, you will be an integral part of the real estate industry, serving as the link between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders in the property market. Your role involves assisting clients in making decisions about buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring that all transactions are conducted legally and professionally. You will use your expertise to evaluate the market trends, advise clients on pricing, and negotiate on their behalf. Your ability to understand your client's needs and provide excellent customer service will be crucial in helping them achieve their property goals. You will be responsible for building a portfolio of clients and properties, staying informed on the latest real estate laws and regulations, and providing insights on market conditions and forecasts.


Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the desired area.
  • Research the local market and compare property prices to determine competitive market value.
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve fair market agreements.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Create and maintain a list of properties suitable for clients’ specific needs.
  • Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Coordinate property closings and oversee closing procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of real estate laws and regulations that impact broker and client transactions.
  • Develop professional relationships with other agents, lenders, and inspectors to facilitate transactions.
  • Prepare necessary legal documents such as loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and leases.
  • Mediate negotiations and resolve any issues that arise during contract negotiations.
  • Provide clients with trusted recommendations for home appraisers, inspectors, and contractors.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate broker license in the state of employment is required.
  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency with MLS and CRM software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
