Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Sharjah. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, providing informed guidance throughout the entire transaction cycle. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms in alignment with company policies and market conditions. The role involves maintaining accurate property listings, staying current with local market trends and regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closing processes. The agent will also provide ongoing customer service, follow up with clients, and help build a strong client network through professional communication and relationship management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
