Real Estate Agent - Arabic Speaking

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties.
• Provide expert advice to clients about real estate market conditions and pricing.
• Conduct property viewings and showcase the features of the properties to potential buyers or renters.
• Negotiate prices and terms on behalf of clients to facilitate successful transactions.
• Prepare and review documents such as representation contracts and purchase agreements.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts, including developers, lenders, and inspectors.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the industry.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of real estate laws, practices, and market trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while being a team player.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle diverse client needs.
• Valid real estate license and a clean driver's record, essential for property showings.
