Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent with our firm, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will be responsible for advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Your expertise and negotiation skills will drive transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships. Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and related real estate matters.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, and deeds for transactions.
  • Coordinate property viewings, and negotiate rental or purchase agreements.
  • Conduct market comparisons to provide accurate and fair property valuations.
  • Market properties through advertising, open houses, and participation in real estate events.
  • Arrange and oversee property repairs and maintenance on behalf of clients.
  • Assist buyers with locating suitable properties within their budget requirements.
  • Provide valuable insights and advice on zoning and real estate legislation changes.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends and continuously research new listings.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client database and increase sales opportunities.
  • Ensure a seamless transaction process by liaising with legal and financial entities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar position in sales.
  • Deep understanding of real estate market conditions and property values.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other real estate management tools.
  • Valid real estate agent license and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.
