We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will represent both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. You will work closely with clients to determine their needs, assist in staging and showcasing properties, negotiate deals, and handle all essential aspects of real estate transactions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties effectively to potential buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings and offer expert advice to clients on market conditions.
  • Negotiate offers, draft purchase agreements, and ensure successful closure of sales transactions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property value and advise clients accordingly.
  • Assist clients in preparing their properties for listings, including staging and repairs.
  • Prepare and review all necessary documents, including contracts and legal paperwork.
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings with clients and other agents.
  • Attend networking events, open houses, and community events to promote listings.
  • Provide expert guidance through the entire buying or selling process for clients.
  • Use emerging technology and systems to improve client experiences and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license and a clean professional record in real estate practice.
  • Proven track record of successful property sales and negotiation experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets and property values.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and manage time efficiently in a demanding environment.
  • Proficient in the use of real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required by client schedules.
