We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team at 20N25. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse client base, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and leasing terms on behalf of clients.
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and other property insights.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and escrow teams to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Schedule and conduct open houses and property showings to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of a deal to clients and management.
  • Leverage promotional strategies across various portals to increase property visibility.
  • Stay informed about zoning laws, property values, and other real estate regulations.
  • Implement innovative lead generation strategies to grow client and property listing base.

Requirements

  • A valid Real Estate license and compliance with local state regulations are mandatory.
  • Proven work experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific CRM systems for effective client management.
  • Knowledge of local, national, and global real estate trends and market dynamics.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
