Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a professional network to collaborate with lenders, contractors, and attorneys.
• Prepare necessary paperwork including contracts, leases, and deeds for real estate transactions.
• Ensure the accuracy of all listings and coordinate advertising efforts to attract potential buyers.
• Support clients through property negotiation processes and offer strategic advice.
• Continuously update and maintain an extensive database of properties and potential clients.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and open houses to maintain and develop real estate knowledge.
• Deliver remarkable customer service by promptly addressing client questions and problems.
• Secure and protect sensitive customer information and document transactions appropriately.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson is highly preferred.
• Valid real estate license required according to local and state regulations.
• Strong communication skills and capacity to maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Keen to learn and stay updated on latest industry trends and regulations.
