As a Real Estate Agent, your primary role will be to assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties.   • Host open houses and other events to promote properties to prospective buyers creatively.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals to complete smooth transactions.
  • Participate in real estate seminars and industry gatherings to expand knowledge and network.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license with a proven track record in property sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and current real estate trends.
  • Excellent communicative skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other real estate management software tools.
  • Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills in handling property transactions.
  • Capability to work independently, with a self-driven and motivated attitude.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism in maintaining client confidentiality.
