Quality Control Engineer(NDT LEVEL - 2)

Job Title: Quality Control / Quality Inspector – Fabrication

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control / Quality Inspector with a strong background in fabrication. The ideal candidate must hold NDT Level 2 Certification and a B.E. Mechanical Engineering degree, with proven expertise in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspection and testing of fabricated components as per project requirements and international standards.

Conduct NDT Level 2 inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, or VT as applicable).

Review material test certificates, welding procedures, and fabrication drawings.

Monitor fabrication and welding activities to ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.

Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.

Coordinate with production, design, and project teams to resolve quality issues.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all stages of fabrication.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical – Mandatory).

NDT Level 2 Certification (UT / MT / PT / RT / VT).

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality control/inspection within fabrication industry.

Strong knowledge of fabrication standards, welding inspection, and quality systems.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
