Job Description

Job Purpose

• Lead and supervise Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Food Safety systems in snacks manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, HACCP, GMP, and UAE regulations.
• Drive safety culture, audits, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QHSE operations across production, warehouse, and support areas.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and food safety checks.
• Lead incident, accident, and complaint investigations.
• Ensure corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
• Manage internal/external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory, certification bodies).
• Maintain QHSE documentation, reports, and compliance systems.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and safety drills.
• Support sustainability and environmental programs.
  
  

Leadership & Coordination

• Guide employees on QHSE practices and awareness.
• Conduct toolbox talks, training, and inductions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, HR, supply chain).
• Promote food safety and safety culture.
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Safety / Engineering / Environmental field.
• HACCP + ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor (mandatory/preferred).
• NEBOSH/IOSH preferred.
• 5–8 years experience in FMCG/food manufacturing (2+ years supervisory).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, HACCP, GMP.
