Job Description

Job Purpose

• Support implementation and monitoring of QHSE systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Perform analysis, inspections, audits support, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• Perform line inspections (pre-start, in-process, post-production).
• Conduct product testing (raw material, in-process, finished goods).
• Ensure timely QC testing and zero missed tests.
• Respond quickly to out-of-spec results and escalate issues.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, food safety rules.
• Record all test results, deviations, and CAPA with real-time documentation.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and improvements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and workplace assessments.
• Track environmental parameters (waste, water, sustainability).
• Prepare shift reports and monthly QHSE KPI reports.
• Support emergency drills and safety campaigns.
  
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate QC/QHSE records with zero backlog.
• Ensure full traceability of quality and safety data.
• Update KPI dashboards and shift reports.
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Safety / Engineering / Environmental field.
• HACCP (preferred).
• ISO internal auditor certifications (preferred).
• NEBOSH/IOSH advantage.
• 3–5 years experience in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
