Role Overview:
Orbit International Survey Services LLC (Orbit ISS) is seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Supervisor with a strong background in Business Development and oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in inspection and auditing, along with proven capabilities in team supervision, client engagement, business development, and office setup/operational structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise QA/QC and inspection teams across projects
  
• Establish and manage office setup, including operational processes, team coordination, and administrative structure
  
• Conduct and manage internal and external audits as a Lead Auditor
  
• Ensure compliance with international standards and client specifications
  
• Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations
  
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
  
• Support proposal preparation and project acquisition
  
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to team members
  
  
  
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas industry
  
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Proven experience in a senior supervisory role
  
• Strong background in QA/QC, inspection, and auditing
  
• Experience in business development and client engagement
  
• Experience in office setup and operations management
  
• Mandatory CSWIP, BGAS/NACE, Lead Auditor Certification
  
• Must have UAE drivers license
  
• Preferred Nationalities: Filipino, Syrian, Egyptian, Emirati
