Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level QA/QC Engineer to oversee inspection and calibration operations, ensuring precision, compliance, and audit readiness across our quality systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge in calibration disciplines with hands-on QA/QC experience, guiding both process integrity and team development.


Key Responsibilities

Core – Technical Supervision

  • Supervise and execute daily inspection and calibration operations.

  • Ensure all instruments, tools, and reference standards are accurate, maintained, and audit-ready.

  • Validate and approve calibration and inspection reports before client submission.

  • Provide expert guidance on technical issues related to pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow calibration.

  • Support client technical inquiries and ensure adherence to defined project scopes.

QA/QC and Compliance

  • Support and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO/IEC 17025ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO 9001 requirements.

  • Review reports for technical accuracy and QA/QC compliance.

  • Lead internal and external audit preparation, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances.

  • Review and approve supplier/subcontractor QA/QC documentation.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Team & Client Engagement

  • Mentor and train technical staff on QA/QC procedures and best practices.

  • Assist in workload allocation and technical scope planning.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and quality-related clarifications.

  • Foster strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality, and audit-ready deliverables.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical).

  • 2–7 years of relevant experience in calibration, inspection, or technical supervision.

  • Experience with ISO/IEC 17025ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO 9001 systems (internal auditor certification preferred).

  • Proficiency in calibration and inspection techniques across pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow parameters.

  • Solid understanding of measurement uncertainty and reporting principles.

  • Demonstrated experience in internal/external audits and non-conformance management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
