Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating the complexities of the real estate market. Your primary role will involve providing professional guidance to clients seeking to buy, sell, or lease properties, ensuring they make well-informed decisions. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, property valuations, and legal regulations to offer sound advice that maximizes client satisfaction and enhances client relationships. A successful Property Consultant needs to be proficient in negotiation, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Your goal is to facilitate successful real estate transactions that meet the needs of both sellers and buyers, contributing to the growth and reputation of your firm in a competitive market.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct property market research to remain up-to-date with current trends.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive property listings based on their needs and interests.
  • Negotiate property prices on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Assist clients with property viewings and provide detailed property information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly for transactions.
  • Advise clients on legal requirements and regulations related to property transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple clients and property transactions simultaneously.
  • Organize and attend property showings and open houses as needed.
  • Update clients on the progress of property sales and market developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in property consulting or real estate sales is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong understanding of local property market and relevant legal procedures.
  • Ability to manage complex property transactions with a focus on detail.
  • Proficient in using real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license and a clean driving record required.
