Job Description

As a Property Consultant at 22N25, you will play a vital role in the real estate industry by helping clients make informed property decisions. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties, and guiding clients through the complexities of property transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen interest in the property market, and a strong customer service ethos. You will be expected to build lasting relationships with clients, assist them in every step of the property process, and use your industry knowledge to help them make the most profitable decisions. This is a dynamic role that requires both strategic thinking and the capability to handle multiple dealings with different clients simultaneously.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding property investment decisions.
  • Manage the entire transaction process for buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify property trends and opportunities for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate property prices and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Prepare documentation for property transactions and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and meetings with potential buyers or tenants.
  • Consult with clients to determine their property needs and financial capabilities.
  • Maintain a database of clients and properties to streamline business operations.
  • Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and technology trends in real estate.
  • Network with other professionals, such as mortgage lenders and contractors, to benefit clients.
  • Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in real estate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for successful client interactions.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property laws.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems for day-to-day tasks.
  • Valid real estate license and clean driver’s license for applicable transactions.
