As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the real estate sector by offering expert advice to clients on matters related to property buying, selling, and investing. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring successful sales and ongoing support.
  • Negotiate property sales and leasing agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all involved parties.
  • Track real estate market dynamics and communicate changes to clients for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements during property transactions and engagements.
  • Create and execute strategic marketing plans to drive property sales and client engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, including real estate agents and legal professionals.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale services to address client queries and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar sales role.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate markets, property value assessment, and negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build client trust.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail in managing property transactions.
  • Proficiency in using relevant real estate software and online property platforms.
  • Current real estate license or certification as required by legal jurisdiction.
