Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in helping them find, purchase, lease, or sell properties. Your role will be deeply engaging and will require a blend of people skills, real estate market knowledge, and the ability to work with detailed analyses to provide clients with the best solutions tailored to their needs. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where you can hone your negotiation skills while strategically advising clients on their property investments. This role demands a keen understanding of market trends and strong networking skills to build a robust client base. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the real estate process, whether they are looking to invest in residential, commercial, or industrial properties.


Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients through excellent customer support and market guidance.
  • Conduct comparative market analyses to estimate properties’ value for beneficial client decisions.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Utilize networking to identify potential clients and advise on available properties.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the benefits and drawbacks.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best market terms.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, and leases.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Stay informed about real estate industry developments and inform clients of trends and market changes.
  • Analyze client requirements and offer ideal property solutions by leveraging industry expertise.
  • Monitor the fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure completion on a timely basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to understand and analyze diverse market data effectively.
  • Proficiency with real estate management software and CRM tools desirable.
  • Valid real estate license and a proven track record of successful sales.
