Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting clients with their ideal real estate solutions, be it residential or commercial spaces. Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on changes in property regulations and laws to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and present comparative market analysis to help clients understand property values.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions, lawyers, and other professionals to facilitate property transactions.
  • Participate in webinars, workshops, and industry events to continuously enhance real estate knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes in property deals.
  • Deep knowledge of property laws, market trends, and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and real estate platforms is essential.
  • Valid real estate consultant or broker license according to local regulations.
