Job Title: Project Manager – Civil / Interior Projects

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, coordination, and site management.
• Hands-on experience in managing site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, material submittals, approvals, and coordination with consultants.
• Experience in preparing and managing material submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of consultant coordination and approval processes.
• Experience in handling client requirements, client coordination, and maintaining good client relationships.
• Ability to manage site issues, project requirements, and day-to-day coordination effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per required quality and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Good knowledge of project documentation, progress reports, inspections, and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple project activities and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil and interior projects from planning through completion.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for material approvals, inspections, and project requirements.
• Review project progress, identify delays or issues, and take corrective actions.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, and site resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports and other required documentation.
• Maintain effective communication between the client, consultant, site team, and management.
• Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.
