Job Description

As a Project Manager at 29O25, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of various projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of projects to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Your role will involve working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and exceeded. You will use your expertise to lead teams effectively, manage resources efficiently, and communicate progress and changes to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans to detail tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints and guidelines.
  • Ensure quality assurance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project meetings and effectively communicate action items and responsibilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand and deliver on their project needs.
  • Lead the project team with clear direction, performance management, and guidance.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies for efficient project tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management practices.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, orderly, and archived appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Agile.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and track project financials effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated competency in planning, risk management, and problem-solving.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly desirable.
